Even easier with Aircraft Spruce, because they allow you to download their shipments into an Excel/CSV file, which TSO imports automatically into our Purchase Order system. Then you just scan the SN that they put on each part. We received 45 parts in 15 minutes this way.
You do not need to track SNs if you are not a Part 145 operator, but for the extra few seconds, it allows you exact record keeping for A/Ds. Your choice.
